Cyclo-Zone flexible bollard – The best bike lane flexible delineator post
Unmatched Resistance, Durable Installation
The Cyclo- ZoneTM flexible bollard is simply the most resistant bike lane delineator post on the market. It is the only flexible bollard specifically designed for use on cycling facilities (protected bike lane, bike path, cycle track, multi-use path). With its unique and patented design consisting of a rubber base and fibreglass board, Cyclo-ZoneTM is the only bollard that can withstand direct wheel impacts at 80 km/h by different types of vehicles (buses, fire trucks, trucks, cars). With its great flexibility, the Cyclo- ZoneTM flexible bollard is safe for the cyclists. When struck by a vehicle or a cyclist, it folds up upon impact and then returns to its initial position.

Its unique anchoring system is designed for Canadian winters. With four anchors and a specially formulated epoxy resin, it creates a very strong anchoring system that can be used for several years. It also enables easy removal of the bollards every fall (if required) and easy reinstallation the next spring.

Installation – Asphalt
Installing a Cyclo-Zone™ bollard is very easy. Simply drill four holes (Diameter: ¾ inch, Depth: 4 inches), pour in Bitu-Link™ epoxy, insert anchors and wait 24 hours until the epoxy has hardened. The bollard is then fastened with four bolts. This fastening method, which is perfectly suited for asphalt pavement, allows for the bollards to be removed each fall, leaving the anchors for the next season.
Installation – Concrete
Installing a Cyclo-Zone™ bollard in concrete is very easy. Simply drill four holes (Diameter: ½ inch, Depth: 1 3/4 inch), insert drop-in anchors and hammer them with a punch. The bollard is then fastened with four bolts. This fastening method, which is perfectly suited for concrete allows for the bollards to be removed each fall (if needed), leaving the anchors for the next season.
